Happy Holiday’s

BETSY’S BULLETIN Here comes Santa! Our Auxiliary Holiday Participant Party is Tuesday, December 2nd at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Burlingame. Holiday party Chair, Sylvia Dowd, has planned a day of games, clowns, lunch and holiday performances for everyone to enjoy. What a wonderful event to start off the holiday season! The Giving Tree was a huge success! As I left the November meeting, I was able to take the last ornament off the tree. Thank you for your generous hearts in making the holiday season magical for the adult participants of Community Gatepath that no longer have family members. Bring your wrapped gift with a tag that has the participant’s name and your name to the December meeting. If you are unable to make the December meeting, Peg Shambarger has a large box outside her front door. Please deliver your gift to Peg’s any time before our December meeting. Our gifts will be presented to the participants at the Agency holiday party. To continue the spirit of giving this season, the Auxiliary Board approved the use of Auxiliary funds to purchase every adult participant in all three locations a $10 gift card from Target. Thank you for your generosity! Our energetic provisional class, Connie Clark, Marianne Guttas, Dawn Parker & Jeanne Pope along with Provisional Chair Sandra Tilch, organized a thrilling Members’ party which was held at the end of October. The home of Marianne & Jeff Guttas was transformed into a creepy, crawly haunted house. Goblins, Ghouls and Ghosts of the Night joined our spirited Giants fans in costume to celebrate and cheer on our Championship Giants!...
