Resale Shop Closed

The Resale Shop is now permenenetly Closed. The shop received the Best Resale Shop award from the City of Burlingame for 2014 and 2015. Louise Agardy advised over the years (2001-2015) and thanks all for the donations of service hours as well as sellable items.

Several years ago Gatepath launched Community Access, a program that provides opportunities for participants to be out and about in the community every day building life skills, seeking ongoing education, volunteering, and participating in a variety of recreational programs.

With their message, hope and opportunity continue to grow and bring our goal of “Accept. Respect. Include.” closer to reality for the individuals and families we serve.

Trading Cards- Quentin Rossie

If you attended The Power of Possibilities Recognition Event, you may have seen Quentin Rossie featured on our trading cards where he shared, “I want a real job like my mom and dad so I can feel good about myself and proud of what I can accomplish as an adult with a disability.” Quentin has been with Community Gatepath for several years. He has successfully participated in a variety of Gatepath programs, including training at the Mid-County Learning and Employment Campus, Community Access and CollegePath programs. CollegePath is a new program we piloted last year. CollegePath allowed Gatepath participants to participate in courses at the College of San Mateo. Quentin’s participation in this program allowed him to grow and become more independent. He recently transitioned from CollegePath and now has a job at Uniqlo. We are very proud of Quentin’s achievement in reaching his goal of securing a job in our community! All of his hard work in our training programs prepared him to join the work force.
